2. Our Services
Vincecall provides cloud-based VoIP communication solutions including but not limited to:

Hosted PBX and SIP trunking

Softphone and mobile apps

Virtual numbers and call routing

IVR, voicemail, call recordings, analytics
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at our sole discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree:

Not to use services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

To secure your login credentials and account details.

To comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including telecom laws and TRAI guidelines.
4. Billing and Payments

All services are prepaid unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways like Razorpay, PayU, etc.

Invoices are generated automatically and accessible via the client portal.

Late or failed payments may lead to suspension or termination of services.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payments made in error

Inability to provision service due to technical fault on our end

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction
6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure optimal service for all users:

Unusual usage patterns such as robocalling, autodialers, or call flooding may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Each plan has fair usage thresholds that may be enforced if abuse is suspected.
7. Emergency Services Limitation
Vincecall VoIP services do not provide guaranteed access to emergency services (like 100, 101, 112). You are responsible for maintaining an alternate method of accessing emergency services.
8. Porting Policy

Number port-in and port-out requests will be processed in accordance with TRAI and telecom operator policies.

Port-out fees may apply depending on your current plan and usage.
9. Data Retention

Call detail records (CDRs), voicemails, and recordings are retained for a period ranging from 90 to 365 days based on your plan.

Upon expiry of the retention period, data may be deleted permanently.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up data if needed.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors such as:

ISP issues or internet outages
-
Equipment or server maintenance
-
Power failures or natural disasters
-
Regulatory interventions or legal obligations
11. Account Suspension and Termination
Vincecall reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms

Disable service access in case of overdue invoices
-
Remove inactive accounts after 180 days of non-use
You may terminate your service by submitting a written request or via the client dashboard.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data. By using Vincecall, you consent to those practices.
13. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, interfaces, and content on our website are property of Vincecall Communications. Unauthorized use or duplication without written consent is strictly prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincecall shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions

Issues caused by third-party tools, software, or integrations
