• “User” refers to any individual or entity who uses our services.

• “Content” includes but is not limited to text, audio, videos, call logs, emails, and other information transmitted via our services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age,

• Legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and

• Not barred from receiving services under applicable laws.

If you are registering on behalf of a business or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use Vincecall services only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Transmit spam, abusive, or unlawful messages;

• Engage in phishing, identity theft, or data scraping;

• Interfere with other users or network operations;

• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Vincecall is not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence or sharing of login information. Notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in advance as per the billing cycle (monthly/annual).

• All pricing is listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise mentioned.

• Applicable GST or other government taxes will be added to invoices.

4.2 Auto-Renewals

Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewals via your client dashboard or by contacting us.

4.3 Late Payments

Failure to pay on time may result in:

• Suspension of services

• Late payment penalties

• Termination of contract

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on Vincecall are the intellectual property of Vincecall Communications or its partners. Unauthorized use of these assets is strictly prohibited.

• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

• You retain ownership of data and content you submit, but you grant Vincecall the right to process, store, and transmit it as required for service delivery.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide reliable services 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our systems. Vincecall is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Maintenance activities

• Technical issues

• Internet service provider failures

• Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, CRM tools, cloud platforms). Vincecall is not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party providers.

By using integrated features, you agree to comply with the respective third-party’s terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vincecall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.

• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months for the affected services.

• We do not guarantee that services will meet your expectations or that all features will be error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vincecall Communications, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of our services

• Violation of these Terms

• Infringement of third-party rights

• Any unlawful conduct or breach of applicable laws

10. Termination

Vincecall may suspend or terminate your access to services at any time for:

• Breach of these Terms

• Non-payment

• Illegal activity

• Security threats to the platform

Upon termination, your access to the platform and any remaining credits may be revoked. You are not entitled to any refund unless otherwise mentioned.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City, e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana], India.

12. Amendments
