As such, we do not sell or deliver any physical goods or products. All our services are delivered electronically via email, web portal access, or cloud-based infrastructure.

1. Digital Service Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, account provisioning and service activation are typically completed within a few hours to 24 hours, depending on the service type.

  • Customers will receive login credentials, configuration details, or activation emails at the registered email address.

  • You may also access services directly via our client dashboard at https://billing.vincecall.com.

3. No Physical Shipping

  • Vincecall does not dispatch any physical SIM cards, routers, phones, or documentation.

  • All product manuals, support files, and documentation are delivered digitally or available through our website and client portal.

4. Shipping Charges

As there is no physical product delivery, no shipping charges apply.
